Garlic & Herb Turkey Meatballs

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 egg, optional

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, optional

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • pinch of red pepper flakes, optional

The Method:

  1. Chop the chives, cilantro, and garlic.

  2. Place all of your ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.

  4. Roll mixture into balls, size to your liking.

  5. Place a pan on medium heat. Once the pan is hot add some olive oil.

  6. Place the meatballs into the pan and turn occasionally until the exterior is cooked.

  7. Reduce heat and cover to allow the insides to cook, about 5-10 minutes.

  8. Repeat until all of the meatballs are cooked.
