15-Minute Grilled Chicken

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 pack organic, air-chilled chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper, optional

  • salt + pepper

The Method:

  1. Slice the chicken breasts in half.

  2. Coat both sides evenly with the garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.

  3. Place a grill pan (I use Staub) or a medium-sized pan on medium-high heat.

  4. Once the pan is hot, add a little bit of the olive oil, then the seasoned chicken breasts on the pan.

  5. Cook each chicken breast for 5 minutes, each side.

  6. Add more olive oil as needed and continue until all of the chicken is cooked thoroughly through and the inside has reached 165 degrees F.

  7. Serve warm or store in the refrigerator for up to two days.
