What You’ll Need:

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

The Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a small container or airtight jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.
