Chia Seed Pudding
Gluten-Free + Vegan.
What You’ll Need:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup filtered water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
The Method:
Place the chia seeds in an airtight container.
Pour the almond milk, water, and vanilla extract into the container with the chia seeds.
Stir all ingredients together very well until thoroughly combined.
Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 1 hour-overnight.
Top with berries, nut butter, cinnamon, banana, or any topping of your choice. Enjoy!
