Apple “Nachos”

Gluten-Free, Vegan.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 large honeycrisp apple

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nut butter

  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs

The Method:

  1. Wash the apple thoroughly and slice into apple “chips”. Spread out on a plate or baking dish.

  2. Drizzle the peanut butter, or nut butter of choice, over the apples.

  3. Sprinkle the chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs over the apples.

  4. Enjoy immediately or plate in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
